Orders placed after 3:00pm EST or on weekends will not be processed until the next business day. For Saturday delivery, UPS Saturday must be selected. Reminder: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, only the U.S.P.S will do so.

USPS Exress Mail International is the only method guaranteed to offer a tracking number.
Customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged items shipped via First Class mail.

What is replacemycontacts defective lens policy?
ReplaceMyContacts requests you to contact the lens manufacturer in regard to your defective lenses. When calling, be sure to have your box of defective lenses in hand.
They may request information such as the UPC and your prescription listed on the box. Also you may be asked to return your defective lenses to them for testing while they send your replacement lenses.

What is Replace My Contacts return policy?
Prior opening any boxes verify doctor’s prescription matches the prescription on side of box. All prescriptions are verified with your eye doctor unless a copy of the prescription has been provided by the customer via fax or email. We recognize that errors may occur during this verification process and sometimes a doctor’s office may provide an outdated or incorrect prescription.
Due to the fact that contacts are deemed a medical device by the FDA, we are unable to accept any opened, labeled, or vialed products back for return or exchange.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Lenses should be placed in a box if original packaging is no longer available. Do not use any sort of envelope for return of contact lenses as these can be crushed during shipment. ReplaceMyContacts is not responsible for items damaged. There is a $7.50 charge for denied returns sent back to customer.
Contact CustomerCare@replacemycontacts.com for a return authorization & pre-paid postage form prior to your return. All returns will be processed within two weeks and credit, refund, or exchange will be applied using the same method of original payment.
