CooperVision is changing the brand name of CV Encore Toric to Vertex® Toric. While the name is new, the actual packaged lens remains the same. During this transition you may receive either lens, but you can trust that their performance will be identical. If you have astigmatism and want crisp, clear vision with the convenience of a disposable lens, consider Vertex® Toric lenses. Vertex® Toric lenses are manufactured using CooperVision's patented UltraSync technology, a process that produces a perfect edge on every contact lens. This contact lens design provides more stability and less rotation, ensuring that vision and comfort are consistent with each new pair of contact lenses. Vertex Toric lenses are also manufactured with a light blue handling tint, which makes the lenses easier to see when inserting and removing.

Material and % of content: 45% polymer (methafilcon A), 55% water

I ordered CooperVision Encore Toric lenses, but received a box of Vertex Toric contact lenses. What’s up with that?
Don’t worry, they’ve simply switched names! In the package/name transition process, you may receive a package of either Vertex Toric lenses or CooperVision Encore Toric lenses; it’s a toss-up. But do not be confused, they’re the same exact contact lenses! Though the name and the packaging have changed, the actual contact lenses, all-day comfort and freshness have remained the same.

Can I wear my Vertex Toric lenses when I go to sleep?
It really depends. The suggested wearing schedule recommends two different options:  1) remove and sterilize your Vertex Toric lenses daily and then replace them with a fresh pair after two weeks; or 2) wear them for seven consecutive days and then replace them with a new pair. To find out which schedule is right for your eyes, contact your eye doctor.

Will Vertex Toric lenses feel natural in my eye?
Yes they will. Vertex Toric lenses are manufactured using CooperVision’s patented UltraSync technology, which produces a finely tuned edge on every single contact. This edge is essential for lens stability, crisp vision and seamless comfort. For a similar toric lens created by CooperVision, check out Biomedics 55 Toric

i would recoment it to contact lens users i know
Use daily
Same as what I would have purchased from my optometrist.
I have really bad astigmatism and this is one of only two brands of contacts lenses that make the lenses I wear. These are the cheaper ones and they tend to dry out a lot but save me money.
Everything is fine.
These contacts are for personal everyday use and I really like them.
