After placing your order you will be prompted with a checkbox to indicate if you would like to donate your old eyewear, these organizations include the Lions Club & various International Vision Care organizations helping men, women, and children living in impoverished countries see clearly.
If you select this option, we will email you a pre-paid UPS label to send back your donated eyewear. We recommend reusing the same box your contact lenses arrived in and affixing this pre-paid UPS label to that box for convenience.
Once the eyeglasses have been received in our office we will issue your contact lens rebate. $5 will be credited back through your respective payment method. Only 1 credit per order.
Contact lens rebates will be issued within 2 business days of receiving your old glasses through the mail.
